These Terms and Conditions of Sale (the "Terms") govern the sale of products through blackhaze.store (the "Site"), operated by H&N International Trading LLC, which trades as BLACK HAZE ("BLACK HAZE", "we", "us" or "our"). By placing an order on the Site, you ("you" or the "Customer") accept these Terms in full. Please read them carefully before ordering.

We sell apparel and accessories. Product images are as accurate as possible, but slight variations in colour may occur due to your screen settings. Product descriptions, weights and measurements are provided as a guide. All items are subject to availability; we may discontinue or modify a product at any time.
All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of applicable base pricing but exclusive of shipping, which is calculated and shown at checkout. Any import duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country are the responsibility of the Customer (see the Shipping Policy). We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract of sale is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example in the event of a pricing error, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability — in which case any amount charged will be refunded in full.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc., our third-party payment provider. We accept major credit and debit cards and supported wallets (such as Apple Pay). BLACK HAZE does not store or have access to your full card details. By paying, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. Orders are only dispatched once payment has been received in full.
Delivery times and costs are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Estimated delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provide.
You may return eligible items in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Unless an item is faulty, returned goods must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached.
If an item arrives damaged, defective or not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@blackhaze.store. We will arrange a replacement, repair or full refund (including return shipping) at no cost to you.
All content on the Site — including the BLACK HAZE name, logos, designs, graphics, text and images — is the property of BLACK HAZE or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without our prior written consent.
To the extent permitted by law, BLACK HAZE is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the Site or products. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and the United States of America. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Delaware, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you place your order is the one that applies. The current version is always available on this page.
