Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is dispatched.

Every order ships with tracking. You'll receive a link by email when your order leaves our warehouse. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or fees levied by the destination country. These are not included in our prices or shipping charges and are the responsibility of the Customer. Please check your local regulations if you are unsure.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the Customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional shipping may apply).
